Dosnt work

I am using WP 3.9.1 and its obvious that the plug in is broken, I cannot use it to add any images into the editor, I want to add and image and it basically does nothing. everything else appears to work but the image uploader fails each time you press choose image button and basically nothing happens.
Can you fix it please?
