Change Log?

Hi,

Just wondering if and where there is a change log. When I click on the “View version details” for the theme update it takes me to the generic home page here on wordpress.org.

I ask because I have customized one of the CSS files (the red.css) in accordance with what I want… so every time there is an update, I install it, then re-upload my CSS file.

My concern is that at some point there will be a major change to the CSS!
