MultiSite Registration Page Redirect Problem

Hi,
I just installed your plugin on our multisite website. It all seems pretty compatible with Multisite, expect if I click the registration page.
Instead of redirecting to a registration page on the current multisite ‘subsite’ it redirects back to the base multisite installation.
eg. Working off http://test.com/sub-site/ and accessing http://test.com/sub-site/register/ will redirect to http://test.com/register/.
Is that how it is suppose to function?
