Cache poisioning problem.

My WordPress Portfolio page pagination links had “www.exampel.com/portfolio/page/4/?pslug=%2Fproc%2Fself%2Fenviron”.

Has anyone came across this? I Did a google search and found this article: http://ardamis.com/2012/02/27/what-is-this-joomla-exploit-doing-on-my-wordpress-site/

Is this something that needs to be fixed in WP Super Cache plugin?
