Menu and Register

WordPress 3.9.1 running Reviewgine Affiliate theme.

This is my first attempt at a wordpress site, I have 2 menus that come up and it does not matter what i seem to do the top bar wont go away, i also installed A jQuery WP Sliding Login/Register Panel. so there would be a register button at top, which initially worked fine, but i must have done something as it wont show up, so looking for help to solve both, here is the website http://www.gamescored.com
