Lost admin access when exporting to IntenseDebate

I was exporting the comments to IntenseDebate when my site went off the air and corrupted my database.

When this happened, I noticed that no longer had admin access and every time I tried to go to my control panel I got the message that I didn’t have administrator rights to the page.

My host service restored the user table form my database, but even so I still get the same message when trying to access my control panel.

Can anyone help me solve this problem, please?
