Top nav bar is sticky

    Hello,
    I have a problem. When a user is logged in, the top (black) WordPress nav bar becomes “sticky”: when the user scrolls down, the nav bar stays on top of page, but when he wants to scroll upwards – a picture of it stays where it got to, sometimes even breaks into sections…
    If it were just me – I wouldn’t care. But I am running a school Intranet (a network of private blogs), and it really is bothersome.
    I am using the Iconic One theme, and I thought it has something to do with the theme, and posted it there, but was directed to post here.
    Can you please help?
