Location for changing menu item Log in to Log out

    Sorry to bother you.
    I really like the menu option where the menu item “Log In” changes to “Log Out” when you are logged in. I want to do the same thing for “Register” changing to “Your Profile” when logged in.

    Could you tell me which files I need to look in? I can figure out the rest.
