When I use Test Config i get the following

‘Unable to connect. The server said:POP3 connect: Error [] []’

I know the info I’m putting is correct because its the same in my email client which downloads messages fine.

What might be wrong, please?

Sorted. Postie is taking my sign-in username and putting it in the account box for logging onto my email client.

Thanks for the update. I’ve been fighting with the various flavours of browser auto-fill.
