I was able to download the index.html and style.css files from a designer who gave up on the design. I tweaked it to my liking but now am unsure how to turn it into a usable wordpress template.
Any ideas?

Posted 1 year ago #You need to turn it into an index.php file first off. You should download a simple theme then take your html and css and replace that themes with yours.
