New User Registered on my site whilst Login Meta is disabled.

    How can a user create a new account on my wordpress website when i have the login meta widget and my shopping cart checkout both disabled?

    Below are the details of the new registered user…they look sus to me

    Username: AlejandLockwood
    E-mail: [ redacted ]

    any help would be appreciated.

    p.s i am thinking in light of this, i need to setup a noreply email address too.
