• Hi-

This plugin works great in a localhost environment, but fails to work properly on a live web server. I’ve tested echoing user agents, and there are no discrepancies that I can see anywhere. It’s almost as if the server is just choosing to ignore getting the user agent. Is there a way around this?

    Hi Noel
Does your host employ any caching strategies on your site? You may find that they are using technology that either strips the user agent or caches your pages… so PHP is not used on every request.

I would get in touch with them to see how your servers are setup and to find out what is possible. Feel free to post their reply and we can see if there any options for having mobble work.

    Hope you get it sorted.
