Edit custom files in Appearance Editor

    I have a simple .html file in my theme folder that I’d like to be able to access from the Editor, but it doesn’t show up in the list. Is there something I need to include in any given file to have it show up in the Editor list?

    I haven’t found info on this anywhere. Any thoughts?
