Invoice not showing up on Orders screen | WordPress.org

The invoice number does not appear on my Orders screen, nor do the download invoice or send invoice icons appear. Is this because I am using WordPress 3.8.1? Please advise.

I just updated my WordPress to 3.9.1 and the problem still exists. A response from the developer would be highly appreciated.
