Locked our users not showing locked out

Hi,
Love the plugin. I have used it without any issues for months. But, something came up tonight.

Two of my writers were locked out for entering their password wrong twice in one hour, just like I’ve set it do. But, when I went into to unlcok them, it didn’t show their accounts were locked, but did get the notification email of the action taken agains their accounts.

There was a url in the email to click on and unlock their accounts, but it takes them back to the login screen with the locked account message.

Actually, I guess that’s two things that came up. 🙂

Can you advise on this?
