Dear @questions4wp the problem that @questions4wp has is the first time that appeared on our slider so it better to see the problem from backed solve it fast and if it is because of our slider quickly update it so yes to solve it fast we want to have access to admin panel.

What steps can you recommend outside of that extraordinary request for administrative access? You really need to try first before making leaping ahead to that.
Dear @questions4wp, you might be using a theme,which uses Javascript libraries, that have a conflict with another jQuery library, thus you are facing the issue. This might be the cause of the issue.

For sure I use the latest version of WP and latest version of your plugin.
