Duplicated pages in Yoast Sitemap

    Been looking for the last half hour on the WordPress Support forum and Google and came up empty handed.

    On our website, when generating the sitemap, we have 2 post types: Pages and posts. For some reason, our home page is listed in both XML sitemap.

    Any clues as to why this is happening?
