Thanks for contacting.
WPML Widgets lets you only select which widget you want to show for which language, not what the widget shows.
I’ve taken an good look at the Quotes Collection plugin and it’s not using the offical WordPress Widgets API code, thats why it’s not compatible with WPML Widgets.
Unfortunately there’s not much I can do for you, other than recommend to search for an other plugin (have to say that the plugin also looks a bit outdated and using not the proper WP functionalities (/ways).

To bad for the quotes collection plugin, it was a nice and simple solution that’s easy to use for a lot of poeple…

I also have a minor problem if i use the shortcode in a post.
[quotcoll orderby=”random” limit=1 auto_refresh=20]
the auto-refresh is not working.
Maybe i use the code wrong?

Actually I used it for one of my clients websites.
My own website has a build in testimonials module…
Maybe you should just install it and see if it fit’s your needs?
