In version 4.0.4 cann't find button "rebuild the sitemap"

    Hi, version 4 generates dynamic sitemap files, so you don’t need a rebuild button anymore.

    please add this manual sitemap building function. it certainly does not generate dynamic sitemap files on time once you build thousands of posts from large xml files. manual sitemap building was the only reason i was using this plugin. now it’s all wasted.

    The sitemap is also compatible to the major caching plugins. If you are using one of these (W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache) the sitemap will not be generated every time.
