problem with relative links in feedburner

When linking to other posts within our blog, we are using relative links. We went this route because using absolute links resulted in unwanted trackbacks.

However, when the posts are delivered via feed (specifically, using Feedburner’s email subscription service) the relative links are broken, of course, and the result is a 404 error.

Any suggestions on a course of action? The trackbacks need to work properly, but so do the links in the email and via RSS feed.
