All Day Event issue

    If i use {is_past}<img src="http://www.xxxxxxx.co.uk/finished.gif" alt="Event over logo">{/is_past}In Single events settings
    To show event is finished, if i set an event start and finish time it is fine but if i set to all day it shows the event as finished at the start of the day?
