   Hi ..
   I am moving to wordpress blog .. and I am changing some text in PHP files to Arabic because I am Arabic user

   The problem that those text I changed Apear as question marks (????) but the content of the blogs is apear in Arabic normally

   I tried to check the encoding in the browser its UTF-8 i changed it to Arabic windows then its goes backward the the text i translate to arabic apears normally and the topics goes as question marks

   Could you help me please ?
