   I am using the Post Attached Image plugin successfully, but say I decide to delete a post image after upload, is this possible?

   When returning to the Post Image field in admin, there is no reference to the image attached to the post. Also the images don't appear in the Media Libray.

   Any ideas?

   I'm having the same issue. How are site administrators supposed to maintain images added through this plugin?
