Great plugin and add media description?

    Great plugin, I don’t understand why so many negative comments saying it doesn’t work, it works perfectly fine.
    Couple of suggestions:
    Can you make it to add media description also?
    When I use %name for title and alt it adds the thumbnail size also, can this be removed? Its using the name of the thumb instead of the full size image that it links to.
    Some images I have manually added the title, the plugin overrides these even with Override default WordPress image title unchecked and nothing in the title field on settings page, should it do this?
