   Where is the actual schedule for backups located, and can I modify it? Because of my ineptness, the database is backed up several times a day. I'd like for it to just backup once a day.

   Is there a spot where I can access the schedules and the multiple calls to back up, and delete them all except for one, so it just backs up once a day?

   Check out the BackUP WordPress plugin page - supposed to have a main menu options page with easy mode and advanced mode. Per WordPress Plugin Directory info, this plugin is good to 2.3.1 only.

   Thanks! It looks like it lost some functionality when running in anything past 2.3.1.
