YouTube Videos Only Linking On One Site

I have you plugin installed on my production site: http://www.cwit.cartertilman.com/what-we-accomplish/; and it is working great here.

I also have it installed on the live URL: http://www.creative-va.com/what-we-accomplish/; and it is not longer working. I have the settings the same on both sites with the plugin, and I am trying to use the same video with the same link: http://youtu.be/nV5Uid0kx2s.

On the live URL it looks as if the video never connects to YouTube. For instance when you put the link into the right sidebar on the page you want, in the admin side of WordPress, you will get two loading icons. The loading icon of where the video thumbnail will go, and a loading icon of where the URL is input. The loading icon on where the URL is input eventually stops spinning and flashes green. Then the loading icon where the thumbnail will go keeps spinning, and it never stops. It appears as if it can’t connect to YouTube to pull a thumbnail of the video or a thumbnail of the still.

I talked to the hosting company of the live URL to make sure that the plugin was not getting fire-walled from YouTube. They assured me that it was not. They also stated that they did not see any error logs generated by the site.

The plugin will work if you upload media, but it will not pull in YouTube videos. Can anyone please advise on why this may be the case?

I tried disabling and updating all plugins. The problem shouldn’t be the theme because I am using the same theme on the two different sites, with the plugin working successfully on one of them.

I am using two different hosting companies for these two sites, not sure if there needs to be something on the server end to make this work correctly or not?
