Problem of access rights

    Hello,

    having to install Wp better email on wordpress 3.9.1, I have no new menu of the plugin which displays. I go to the menu extensions then in settings but a message ” You have no sufficient(self-important) rights to reach this page. “appears. I am nevertheless in an administrator account.
