I am pretty sure I have used this once before in past, and they never fixed it back then either.

1. The inserts with text and image on either top or bottom of content, creates non existent pages to products never sold on website, and messes up your SEO. Just look at the picture and next to it is a link to your site for that exact product, but you won’t have that page, because if you click on it, it gives a 404 error, unless you want every single insert to create you own product page that the inserts create the link for. They don’t get it if you send them a message about it either. They also are very slow in support in responding.

2. The links in plugin and you select to open links in a new tab, they don’t, even if you add a target=”_blank” to your links, the plugin messes it up. You have to leave it saying it does it, and when you just click link it stays in same tab and goes to the links page.

I asked them to cancel my account, and switched to VigLink. At least if you add the target=”_blank” to your links they will open in a new tab.

Seriously, these guys do not listen to anything you tell them about it. I have said repeatedly over and over again what the issue was, and they just keep asking questions to what I did not even say it was. You ask to have something cancelled and they ignore you on the cancel request until you are so ticked off.
