2Checkout problems

I have my payment gateway set for 2Checkout and Live/Production. I initiated the first test transaction as per 2co’s needs. After the transaction was completed I received confirmation from 2co but nothing from PMP plugin (e.g. user name, membership level, etc.)?

When I review PMP orders in Admin I see the order, but the details do not contain user name (only ID#), billing name, or email. The last 4 digits of acct are not there either, and gateway says “Testing Only” (there is no ‘2co’ even in the drop-down). Payment and Subscription Transaction ID’s are also blank.

All of the above (esp. PMP plugin not sending me order details in email) makes it difficult to figure out what order goes to what user, and to also confirm if the order was approved by 2co.
