Unable to FTP to GoDaddy

    I manage several sites, some on HostMonster, some on GoDaddy.

    I have no problem using my FTP credentials to backup all files in folders on HostMonster sites.

    I’ve been unable to backup any site onto a folder on GoDaddy. It has been impossible to get the FTP to be accepted. I FTP all the time with FileZilla, but the same credentials are not accepted when used in UpDraftPlus.

    What is the trick to backup up a WP site on GoDaddy to it’s own backup folder? (The folder is there.) What makes GoDaddy different (and uncooperative) here?
