Hi
If you want to display blog title. Then you need to edit some code.
First create a child theme and copy paste the file banner-strip.php from the parent theme to child themes folder.
Edit the file and replace this line of code
<h2 class="page_head pull-left"><?php the_title();?></h2>
with
<h2 class="page_head pull-left"><?php bloginfo('name');?></h2>
