Where would I find/edit the message "Invalid Shipping Method?"

When a customer enters a zip code that we do not ship to, a message displays in the “Your Order” section (at the bottom) which is good.
However, since the latest update, additionally, a message is displayed in the top error section, “Invalid Shipping Method.” I would like to edit that message – which file would I find it in?
