I keep getting a 500 error when I try to update a post with more than a certain number of lines/words.

Here is the error message I receive (I removed the IP address and my hostname.:

[Tue Jul 29 00:06:12 2008] [error] [client REMOVED BEFORE POSTING] mod_security: Access denied with code 500. Pattern match "[^-a-zA-Z0-9._]cd[^-a-zA-Z0-9._=/&\\\\+]" at POST_PAYLOAD [severity "EMERGENCY"] [hostname "REMOVED BEFORE POSTING"] [uri "/site/wp-admin/post.php"]

What is the cause of this load error? I can't find 'payload' ANYWHERE in post.php

k... I added the .htaccess file (with the suggested text) to the wp-admin folder and the root install folder, but the issue and same error remain.

I contacted my host and had them remove the 'POST_PAYLOAD' from the ModSecurity settings.
