I recently installed this plugin on a support forum to help users locate existing threads that might help them resolve their issue. I found a couple of small bugs, which I resolved and contributed back to the project.

Great work, Hudson!

• Hi Japh,
I am novice to wordpress. Know very little to none. This plugin is not working out of the box. Did you have to do anything to get work. Thanks

Hi @russellkhan,

I did, I made a few small changes to the plugin, which should now be available in the latest version.

If you can elaborate on what the problem you’re having is, what your setup is, and how to reproduce the problem, we can look at helping you fix it 🙂

Best of luck!

I originally picked this plugin from http://seventhqueen.com/support/forums/forum/kleo (I bought these theme). Since I post you regarding this plugin, I played up with it on my other site. Surprisingly it was working on this site http://mixngeek.com/forums/forum/hp-autonomy-worksite/worksite-8-2/. It must be some sort of compatible issue that I need to further investigate. I wanted to replicate the way they are displaying topics suggestion such as having dotted line for each of the suggestion. when copied the css from their site to mine everything worked except dotted line is not showing up. What I can see is .bbpress_liveresult_item is declared as class under where on my site it is picking it as ID under . Please suggest

Hi Japh, I think it is something to do with forums created under buddypress group. do you know if this plugin has been designed only to work with bbpress forum? Thanks

Hi @russellkhan,

As far as I’m aware, this plugin has been built specifically to work only with bbPress.

I wish I could help more, but really I have only contributed to this plugin in terms of minor bug fixes to get it working in my own context, which I submitted back to the plugin itself.

If you manage to troubleshoot more specifically, you’re welcome to send through a patch and I’ll look at committing it.
