    Hello,

I add widget to the sidebar, for non-login user it only display “Invalid Widget ID”.

If the user is logged in, it display but Sort posts by total views is not working.

When I choose Sort posts by total views, it display the same result for 24h, 7 days and so on and the result was very old for posts from year ago.

    Please advice. Thank you.

    Hi there,

I add widget to the sidebar, for non-login user it only display “Invalid Widget ID”.

Your theme is missing the id attribute in before_widget (see register_sidebar for an example), which is why you’re getting this message. Please ask your theme developer to add this attribute to the register_sidebar function, or disable the Ajaxify feature via wp-admin > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools.

When I choose Sort posts by total views, it display the same result for 24h, 7 days and so on and the result was very old for posts from year ago.

That’s normal. The plugin will list the top popular posts from the selected time range (“the most viewed posts today”, for example) no matter when these posts were published.
