What you've probably done is type in the search term 'ultimate christian reivews'
People who don't know your site exists aren't going to look for it. Those who do know your site exists are probably going to go directly to it. Even so, there will be some people looking for your site typing in that term.
What Google has done is pick up the only snippet of text (apart from the title element in the header) that has the words Ultimate Christian Reviews.
You could therefore change the copyright notice round a bit so it looks a bit more user friendly. (UCR is a site all about blah blah copyright 2008)
OR you could put some more relevant text in the page describing what the site is about and including the words U.... C ....R..... so that (hopefully) Google will pick up this static text.
Your copyright notice is probably the only static text on the page - posts will keep changing. So put some more relevant static text on the page and see if Google can find it
