Have you tried reclicking on the button after a few seconds? Sometimes it takes me three or four tries before the generator shows up. It’s always been an issue, because it’s generating content dynamically from the server.
Yes, I have tried reclicking on the button and waited to see if it was because of some kind of slow update-process. Unfortunately nothing happens and the pop-up area remains empty. I have tried to uninstall the plugin etc. without results.
Well if you’re able to provide me login access, I’d be happy to take a look and see what the issue is.
Fantastic plugin! I have found that the shortcode generator does not work on a demo site I’ve created for a client when the premium WP-Member plugin is active. When I disable WP-Member, the shortcode generator works exactly as it should. It’s a little inconvenient to keep activating / deactivating the membership plugin while I’m working on the site and my client is testing the membership capabilities. I can work around it for now but my question: any idea what causes this problem and if so, is a fix on the way? Thank you so much.
Well the problem will be with WP-Member, not with File Away. They are probably creating javascript errors on the page, which is preventing the File Away modal from working.
