    Updated to JetPack v2.9.3
    Running WordPress v3.9.1

    Error message:

Your Jetpack has a glitch. Something went wrong that’s never supposed to happen. Guess you’re just lucky: missing_secrets

I tried adding DEBUG to config.php. Didn’t work.

    What’s the solution?

    Thanks.

    Howdy,

Does your server use Varnish or memcache? If so, please try clearing that cache and try again. If you’re not sure, could you contact your hosting company and ask them.

If you need any further help, could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

Brandon thanks for being Happiness Engineer with the right suggestion.

There are lots of posts asking same question but offering no solution. Posting this in the hope that someone else will see it as well.

I am hosted with Siteground which uses Varnish and memcache. Was simply a matter of logging into CPANEL and flushing the caches and it connected.

    Thank you.

Most likely caused by cache plugins. Disable all the cache functions, then try to connect Jetack again. it should work.
