Installation – WordPress Login wont show up

I’m a complete WordPress n00b and need a little help! I’ve been trying to work out why the WordPress Login page won’t show up on when typing in my IP add/domain to create my blog. So far I’ve done the following and need to know whether I’ve missed anything out during installation which is causing this:

– Bought Linix hosting (powered by penguins)
– Bought domain name (123 reg)
– Changed DNS settings via PBP so domain name points at correct IP add.
– Downloaded and unzipped WordPress files.
– Imported WordPress files via FTP to public.html folder on my hosting.
– Created MySQL database and edited wp-config file appropriately.

And that’s how far I’ve got! I assumed that the WordPress login page would show up once I’d reached this point…
