Player registration, how i can implement

    Hello,

    I want to make the player registration. So i have created one tenis platform, i have created more teams, leagues, seson, etc..

    I have instaled the plugin “project management” and “roole manager” also.
    So, i have created manualy one player profil. But now how i can implement to anyone can have the posibility to register, then chose one team where he can play and also to register him into a mach?

    please can anyone help me with this problem ?
