• The communication problems with support gone a month ago, and now I must to say this plugin is only one which is really works, not overwhelmed with settings and uploads my 1.5 GB site as fast as possible. I not joking, 1.5 GB with all materials (I have 72 GB Dropbox space). The only one thing now looks problematic, site ls less responsive while ZIP-ped backup upload process not finished. If you not use ZIP, the site will not show any slow-downs. And, if someone decided to purchase, please not forget the software registered to domain name. In case you develop site locally and not in fully-isolated sandbox with real domain names and fake DNS to this sandbox, software will be registered to your site-dev.company-dev.com or something address and refused to work after moving to real domain.

    Yes, and this is not my mistake, On support website this wrong address was in mailto: link, I contact author at least and inform about this.

    Unfortunately my request about hostname change still not answered, even was sent to correct address 1 week ago.

    I had some DNS related issues in some countries that were only just identified to me 🙁

    They should be fixed up now and your we are back onto the support again 🙂

    Thank you, all requests fulfilled.

    I use full premium versions on 2 sites now, and when plugin backing/uploading zip the site itself slows down, looks like a lot of resources consumed. This not happen while backup performed without zip option.
