Slow loading of AOL EasyMail Newsletter listing page

    Recently the main Newsletter list page is very slow to load. There are 137 newsletters each with around 1000 subscribers are in my Newsletter list.

    On my server I get to it by clicking the Newsletter menu item in the WP left navigation.

    I don’t mind so much the slow page load, but the last newsletter failed to send at 31%.

    Upgraded to the latest WordPress, no change, still slow to load the list page.
    Upgraded to latest plugin, same. But last newsletter finished sending.

    Any ideas why this might be happening? Any logging I can switch on to see why this page is slow and why the newsletter failed?

    I have a feeling it is something the web hosting company has changed, but I need concrete info to go back to them and ask them to revert their changes.

    About the Newletter list page, you can use the Screen option top menu to decrease the number of newsletters per page (I know it’s not a solution, but a good way to have lighter list page).
    Maybe the issue depends on change about your web hosting company: please ask them if they changed something about php mail engine and hourly/daily sending limits.
