Jetpack plug in (Post by Email) draft status

    Whenever I submit my post via Outlook (Post by Email), the post is received in a Draft status on WordPress, especially using html format. I have tried changing the format to rich text format and using a shortcode [status publish] in the email, which works, however the image is not posted. I have another website which I use Post by Email in html (using Outlook) and I don’t have this problem. Can you please advise?
