Activity Monitor log IP addresses?

I am using WP 3.7.3 (not an option in the above drop down).
I have been getting a few fake users registering everyday:
“WordPress created GabrielTUG (itchyanyplace49r4n@aol.com)”How do I find out what IP address these users are coming from?
