    Hi Andrew,

Can you please confirm that the downloads are published and the IDs are indeed correct. Failing that, could I take a look at the admin screen?

    Hi,

Just looking into this now. You may want to remove the login details from the post above.

Ok I’ve found the issue. Some of the download shortcodes have span tags within them when viewed in text mode in the Visual Editor.

    [ddownload id="<span style="color: #555555;">3294</span>"]

Removing the span tags fixes the issue. I’m guessing the layout builder must be adding them.

How do I remove the “span tags”? When I look at it in text mode I still only see the [ddownload id=”3291″]

    I just fixed 3291, try another. 🙂

Thank you. This is what I am confused about though. I don’t know HOW to remove them. I apologize for my ignorance as I know nothing about coding. As I said in my last message, when I switch the “Text Block” to “Text” mode it shows me the same as in “Visual” mode. I see no additional coding in “Test” mode as oppose to “Visual” mode.

Thank you for you continuing help on this! This is an important project for me, so I appreciate you responses 🙂

I presume you have disable the above login. If I can get back into the admin area I will screen shot what needs changing.
