What steps have you followed so far?
Have you enabled the plugin (from the ‘plugins’ page)?
Do you see the menu option called “Cookie Law Info”?

I can’t to see the menu option called “Cookie Law Info”
Sorry, but I can not find the solution.
This is what I do: PLUGINS / ADD NEW / SEARCH: Cookie Law Info / INSTALL.
But after installing it, a tab does not appear in the left side of your desk, to be called “Cookie Law Info”.
Make sure you have activated the plugin. You can do this from the plugin menu.

In plugins, looking “cookie law info” and skewer in turn below. A window asks me to do ftp to the server is opened, and within seconds I get the message “plugin successfully” but no tab does not appear on the left side.
I’ve tried in many ways: to install new plugin option and uploading the plugin in which I upload a zip file from the computer.
Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean.
First of all, you must be an ‘admin’ user for your WordPress site. If you aren’t then you won’t see the Cookie Law Info menu, as it is only visible to admin users.
Once you have done that, here are the steps to follow:
* Install the plugin (Important: there is a difference between installing a plugin and activating it)
* Go to the plugins page e.g. http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php
Look for “Cookie Law Info”
* Make sure it is activated- if it is, you will see a link saying “deactivate” (don’t click this though!!!)
Once you have done that then look on the left hand menu in the dashboard and you’ll see the “Cookie Law Info” menu
If you still don’t:
* Check you are an admin user!
* Check with your website administrator
* If you still don’t see it then I suggest something else has gone wrong with your wordpress site that isn’t related to Cookie Law Info
Apart from the above steps there isn’t anything else I can help you with. Hope that helps.
Our site is based in Site5 wordpress themes and probably not compatible with your plugin because we have you done all the steps you provided does not appear in the left hand menu.
