    I like the simplicity of your contact form. I am creating a multisite where blogs are created from a template with features pre-set. We would like the email address default to registration email. We will have a page with shortcode on navigation menu. If it defaults to their registration email then it will still work properly even if they forget to go to settings. They will have access to settings page to change

    Sorry to say you that, this plugin doesn’t support in multisite. But if it is your requirement to use the contact plugin in a multisite, the task can be developed in a custom manner.
