Reinstall PHP

HELP!!!

I got into a mess.

I needed to just scrap my site and reinstall everything. I backed up and exported my php database and went to reinstall but I get this error. I downloaded

#1064 – You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘&quot’ at line 1

This is the first part of the file… If you can help me figure this out I would be greatful 😉
