cant sync jetpack to my account | WordPress.org

I have a site for which an admin who is not working on the site anymore created the jetpack stat counter. It is disabled and i tryed to delete and reinstall jet pack and i keep getting this message???

when I click on the “CONNET” it brings me to the homepage of my site?
