Custom field checkbox not saved for scheduled posts?

    Hi there,

    I have a custom field checkbox that adds a custom field which assigns a post to a featured post slider. When I check the field and schedule posts the field is checked after the post has been published but the custom field value seems not to be saved.

    Only after updating the already published post the custom field value seems to become “active” and therefore adding my posts to the featured slider.

    Any ideas and thoughts about this would be highly appreciated!
